Description
This is a well maintained clean example of the ever popular Pearson 365 Ketch. The current owner purchased the boat in early 2009 to refit refresh and repair as he has done with several other boats. The result is a very nice Pearson 365 ready for a new owner to enjoy.
Accommodations
AccommodationsThe forward stateroom has a spacious 6'4" V Berth with filler section. A hanging locker to port and shelves above the berth on both sides provide great storage. Access to the anchor locker is forward and water tank is below the berth. An overhead hatch and side ports provide plenty of light and ventilation. Moving aft the spacious head is to starboard including a separate shower stall area. Opposite is additional storage. A heater is installed on a ceramic base for those chilly mornings in Florida! or when you cruise to Maine! Opposite is a tall set of shelves. The salon has 6'6" settees to port and starboard that pull out to provide additional berths. A bulkhead mounted table folds down for use when desired. Storage is found in the dry bilge area below the cabin sole and in the cabinets and shelves in the salon. The nav station is aft to starboard at the base of the companionway ladder. A large chart table lifts to access a storage area and there is lots of places to store other nav aids and equipment.A swing seat under the chart table wet locker and storage compartment complete the nav station. The galley is opposite the nav station in a "U shape" configuration with all that is needed for keeping the Captain and Crew well fed and happy.
