Overall the boat is in good condition, if there was 1 item that may need some attention it is the cushions. A few will probably need to be looked at, just cosmetics not a big deal and these are shown in the photos. I'm a fisherman so it wouldn't bother me but that is something that I noticed while taking the photos. Full Eisenglass enclosure is included for the helm.
Owner is replacing Anchor chain that is oxidized and is also repairing one of the forward combing pads on the port side where the stitching is coming apart.
Owner states 100 hour service was just completed, livewell pump was replaced and the bottom paint is 15 months old. He is a diver and scrubs the bottom himself, it looked clean at the time of the listing appointment. Owner has all the records from the previous owner (lots!!). Seller states everything else that he is aware of works.
